Neil has nearly two decades of experience in Surface Land and Stakeholder Relations. He  knows what it takes to make great sketch plans, and understands what the clients need and expect. As a Senior Surface Landman and Licensed Alberta Land Agent, Neil has demonstrated his expertise in navigating complex land management matters. He holds an MBA from the University of Alberta and a Land Administration Certificate from Olds College, showcasing his commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Neil's leadership qualities include Past President of the Alberta Association of Surface Land Agents and his active involvement on the Alberta Government Land Agent Advisory Committee. Additionally, his diverse skill set includes being a licensed airline pilot, highlighting his ability to excel in various challenging roles.

Mike has decades of invaluable survey experience under his belt, Mike has held various titles including Crew Chief, Division Lead, and Owner. Having successfully started, managed, and eventually selling a survey company, Mike brings a wealth of practical knowledge to the table.
As a skilled drone pilot and experienced GIS mapper, Mike leverages cutting-edge technology to ensure the highest precision in every project. Mike’s leadership abilities shine through in project management, where he consistently delivers exceptional results. He is a lifelong learner who is always eager to embrace and utilize the latest technological advancements in the field. Mike is a dedicated professional with a passion for innovation and a proven track record in the industry.
